Changes in the system of country’s population health care depending on the level of providing affordable housing

This paper is devoted to providing affordable housing as a significant factor in public health management, inclusive growth, and SDG. The purpose empirically prove changes the system of country’s population care depending on level housing. empirical base includes time series panel data for 27 EU countries during 2011–2019. Due correlation analysis (Shapiro-Wilk testing, Spearman or Pearson correlation, lags time), regression analysis, building dynamic estimation model with Sargan testing STATA, study confirmed formalized impact funding care. In particular, found dependence between overcrowding share homeowners mortgages (a decrease by an average 0.61% lag 2 years due increase 1%); tenants concessional terms/free (0.41% 3 years); spending development (0.25% years). direct relationship mortality from dangerous diseases (tuberculosis, AIDS, viral hepatitis, mental behavioral disorders, diabetes, pneumonia) was also revealed. Public under social protection programs (subsidies, etc.) proved be least effective. Preference should given mortgage lending (faster greater effect). Generally, it impacts management decisions system, social, spheres.
